TULSA, Oklahoma - A standoff is over, but the suspect is still on the run. Authorities surrounded a home near North Yale and Apache Sunday afternoon, July 16 after they say a man fired shots at his mother and brother. The man had recently moved in with his family, and police said an argument escalated.His family members weren't hurt and were able to escape the house and call police to the 4100 block of East Woodrow Place. There was a break in time between them getting out of the house and someone calling police, so officers weren't sure if the man was still in the house when they arrived.'...
